What you receive

• One Reading Report for the reading you complete on this site. It opens in your browser as soon as payment is confirmed, usually within a minute. You can print it or save it as a PDF, and it includes a one-page summary.
• The report is generated automatically from your answers, evidence and the names you enter, using the published protocol (Nsonzi, 2026, Lease or Moat) and its evidence discipline (Nsonzi, 2026, Consensus Is Not Evidence). Each report states its version and generation date.
• It gives the protocol reading and, separately, the state of its evidence; the answer the reading turns on; what would change it; and an action plan with the records to obtain, completion conditions and reassessment triggers.
• Updates included. You can improve the evidence and regenerate the report up to 25 times. From 30 days after your first report, you can also regenerate it once with changed answers.

What it is not

• It is not independent research or verification. No one checks your evidence or researches the company. The report reads what your inputs can support.
• It is not a guarantee that the classification is correct, a valuation, an investment recommendation, or legal or financial advice.
• It is not human advisory work. The advisory review, researched and written by PNDK Solutions, is a separate service, quoted and invoiced separately.

Price

The price is shown in US dollars on the purchase button and at checkout. Payment is taken by our payment provider, which acts as the seller of record at checkout and adds any sales tax or VAT that applies where you are. Your bank or card issuer may charge its own conversion or foreign-transaction fees; those are outside our control.

If the report does not appear

If the report has not opened within 10 minutes of a confirmed payment, email frances@pndksolutions.com with your receipt. We will issue the report or refund you in full.

Reopening your report

• Your evidence and names stay in the browser you used. The report can be reopened from that browser with the link printed at the foot of the report. Save a PDF when it first opens.
• If you clear your browser data or change device, we cannot restore the evidence, because we do not store it. We do keep the order and the structural pattern of the reading (the answers, not the text you typed).
• PDF copy by email. If you cannot reopen your report, email us your order number and we will send you a PDF copy. We regenerate it from the answers we hold and from any evidence you send again. Evidence you do not resend will appear as not supplied.

Refunds

• Full refund if the report fails to generate after a confirmed payment, or if you were charged more than once for the same reading.
• Otherwise, because the report is a digital product delivered immediately, no refund once it has been issued. This does not affect any rights you have under the law where you live.
• Refunds are processed through the payment provider to the original payment method. Once a purchase is refunded, the report can no longer be regenerated.

Your data

We record the structural pattern of each reading: the answers, the verdict, the sector, stage and constraint layer you select, and whether each evidence field was filled in. We do not store your name, the evidence you type, or anything identifying your company. To generate a Reading Report, your evidence and names are sent to our server, used in memory and not stored. If you answer the three feedback questions after your report, we store those answers with the reading's random reference. Please don't include confidential details there. The payment provider receives your email and payment details under its own policy.
